Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a detailed report highlighting all defects that you can provide to your builder as part of our quality inspection services, ensuring a thorough post completion inspection.
Revisit inspection

We re-inspect your home 2-3 months after the initial inspection, giving your builder sufficient time to complete the snagging items identified in the original report.
During this revisit, we check that completed items can be signed off, identify any further issues that may have developed, and advise you on the remainder of your warranty period.

All PCI’s are standard package adhering to the NHQB guidelines, which must be followed to ensure quality inspection services.
All Post Completion Inspection are also standard package but allow to look in area’s restricted on a PCI ie roof done.

Our post completion inspections can be enhanced into a standard plus option by adding a drone survey of the roof or thermal imaging. This is particularly beneficial for new build home inspections, allowing you to choose one or both quality inspection services to suit your specific needs.
